Brandgolfclubs.com will exchange or refund merchandises purchased through our website, within 30 days upon receipt, as long as it's in plastic sealed condition.

If you discover any faulty of our products in 30 days upon receipt, you can contact us for Full Refund. Items should be returned in their original packing. (Return postage should be covered by buyers).

If you discover any faulty of our products after 30 days, you can still contact us for a replacement within 60 dyas of purchasing of the item (Replacement postage should be covered by buyers). Please note that it takes us 1 to 2 weeks to process the replacement.

If After 60 days, we can still offer accessories supply for customers to fix or repair their clubs, which need to be paid on customers side.
